WHEREAS, there having been reports circulated, injurious to the moral character of the Rev. John Carnahan, the Arkansas Presbytery, of which he is a member, proceeded to cite him appear before them, to answer and defend the charges preferred against him after a critical examination into all those reports and charges, we find nothing worthy of expulsion, or even suspension, and therefore unanimously concur in reinstating him as a member of the Presbytery and a minister of the Church.
